Conditions of Sale
Ownership of goods will pass to the purchaser when Edmund Bell & Co Ltd receives full payment. Where goods are lost, damaged or destroyed after delivery and ownership has yet to pass, the purchaser will indemnify Edmund Bell & Co Ltd against any loss incurred, provided such loss, damage or destruction does not result from Edmund Bell & Co Ltd’s negligence.
Payment
Payment must be made for all UK purchases by credit/debit card at time of purchase.
Invoice Value
Our minimum invoice value for all UK orders is £10
Value Added Tax
All UK prices for online website sales are VAT Inclusive. Export orders will have different terms based on the individual conditions of the countries concerned.
Packing and Carriage Charges
There will be a Standard Charge of £2.99p per order, if the order is not fulfilled in one shipment then back orders will not carry any extra charge.
ORDERS OVER £30 WILL NOT CARRY ANY CHARGE
Delivery
The method of shipment will be entirely at the discretion of Edmund Bell & Co Ltd. Orders may be delivered in more than one instalment. Although most items would normally be in stock, there may be instances when items may take up to 21 days to be shipped after order has been placed. If Edmund Bell & Co ltd know that the goods may not be in stock after this time they will advise the purchaser who then will have the right to cancel the order if they so wish.
Lost or Damaged Goods
On receipt of goods always write UNCHECKED beside your signature. No responsibility can be accepted for non delivery unless the carrier or ourselves are informed in writing or email within 14 days. Contents damaged or missing must be signed for accordingly and notified to the carriers or ourselves in writing or by email within 3 days of delivery.
Returned Items
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you will receive full credit providing the goods are returned to ourselves in perfect condition within 14 days of purchase.
